Who we are
Fruit Forms Studios, LLC ("Fruit Forms," "we," "us") is a Florida limited liability company that publishes the Fruit Forms children's book series, this website (thefruitforms.com), and short videos and images on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and similar platforms.
This website
thefruitforms.com is a static site. We do not require accounts, we do not run advertising networks, and we do not sell personal information. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse; see Cloudflare's privacy policy. Embedded YouTube videos are served by YouTube and are subject to Google's privacy policy. Links to Amazon are affiliate links; Amazon's own privacy policy applies once you leave this site.
Coloring club email list
Parents and guardians can join our coloring club by entering an email address on the coloring page and confirming it from the email we send (double opt-in). We store the email address, the date it was added and confirmed, and which form it came from — nothing else, and nothing about your children. We use the list only to send our coloring pack and a new coloring page each week, with the occasional Fruit Forms update; we never sell or share it. Emails are sent through Resend (privacy policy) and the list is stored on Cloudflare. Every email includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops all emails immediately, and you can ask us to delete your address entirely at any time.
Children
Our stories are made for children, but this website is intended to be used by parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our publishing tools and Google user data
Fruit Forms Studios uses an internal, non-public application ("Fruit Forms Publisher") to upload our own videos to our own YouTube channel through the YouTube Data API. This application is used only by Fruit Forms Studios staff on Fruit Forms' own accounts. It requests permission to upload and manage videos on the connected channel. It does not access, store, share or sell any other Google user data, does not access anyone else's YouTube account, and does not use data for advertising. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Social media
If you comment on or message our YouTube, Facebook or Instagram accounts, that information is handled by those platforms under their policies. We may reply publicly or privately and do not export it anywhere else.
